From what I understand, in conspiracy cases each new act to further the conspiracy resets the clock.
So it doesn't matter how long ago the first acts were done in the conspiracy, the clock for SOL only starts ticking when the last act was done.
In this case, a week or two ago, when all the main players (DNC, Hillary campaign, Fusion GPS, Perkins Coie) filed to deny the motion for In Camera review, restating their declared attorney/client privilege (which was proven false for almost half the files in question) to protect documents from falling into the hands of Durham.
Treason is tried in military tribunals. These are enemy combatants working against the US, her people and Constitution. We will be living through times we never dreamed we’d see in our country.
